We are excited to return to social dancing in the safest way possible! Please give us your patience as we try to move forward and return to dancing during the pandemic.

UPDATE 9/26/22: Beginning October 11th Vaccine checking is no longer required at our events and classes. Masking is encouraged but optional for Track Town Swing events. We reserve the right to reinstate this if things get crazy again. Thank you all for your patience and care during this time.

Vaccination with 1 Booster Dose is required at Track Town Swing classes and events. Masking is encouraged but optional for Tuesday classes Monthly dances. This means if you feel more comfortable coming to class or social dance event wearing a mask, we would LOVE for you to keep doing so. If you are uncomfortable wearing a mask, you are also quite welcome to participate

(Please note: our Anniversary event Track Town Throwdown will be mask required for indoor events)

Due to the highly infectious nature of Covid-19 combined with the close contact required for Social Dancing we will continue to require proof of Covid-19 vaccination (and booster).

After you show these records once, you will not need to show them again. If you are attending a social dance, you will be given a wrist band, please do not remove it until you leave the event.

Sign In Forms: We will be asking everyone to acknowledge that they can get sick or injured at a dance event, and provide their first & last name, city, phone number, and email address. This is necessary to notify the community and the health authority in the event someone becomes ill after a Track Town Swing event.

Please be prepared to wear a mask while dancing. Face shields and Neck Gaiters are not an adequate substitution and you will be offered a mask if you wish to participate. Surgical or paper masks tend to be less hot than cloth masks. It is encouraged that you replace your mask over your mouth and nose promptly after hydrating or step outside the vets club to remove your mask for a breather if hot. We will kindly ask you to wear your mask or cover your nose if necessary. 

Hand Sanitizer will be provided. We will also provide disposable cups for getting water out of the fountain. Please do not drink directly from the fountain.
